Pilates South Bay Policies  

12 hour cancellation policy $10 Late Cancel/No Show Fee. 

Cancellations can be made online by logging into your account Monthly Discounted Memberships are auto-pay (Unlimited, 4, 6 and 8 sessions per month). Cancellation or changes must be 15 days ahead of next payment.  No refunds or transfers. It is mandatory to have a credit card on file to reserve a class. If your credit card or debit card is not in your profile, your account will be deactivated.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for a class your space may be given a student who is waiting at the studio for an opening. After 15 minutes you will be marked late cancel. Reserve a space to attend class online at using your email and password. Reservations are required.Classes are 50-55 minutes in length.

2 students minimum must be signed up or class will be cancelled. Student will be notified via email if this occurs.

Private Session: after 10 minutes the instructor will leave and you will lose a session if you no-show.

Group Pilates Instructors subject to change. Any Instructor changes will be noted on our scheduling site.

Pilates South Bay is under no obligation to give prior notice of any Instructor changes to clients. No refunds or transfers.
