Use the Waitlist!

Our studio has been established for a long time so sometimes the classes are booked. Please use our waitlist, it really works. If ever you get in on the waitlist and you can't come please cancel your reservation online. If you cancel your waitlist reservation within the 12 hour window you will get a message saying that you're charged $10, if that happens please email so we can fix it. IMPORTANT: You won't be notified if a student cancels within 12 hours before class. In the 12 hours leading up to class keep checking to see if a space opens and grab it.

General Policies

Reservations are required. Classes are 50-55 minutes in length.

Class Cancellations and class scheduling can be done by logging into your account www.pilatessouthbay.com. We also have an awesome app. It is mandatory to have a credit card on file to reserve a class.

No refunds or transfers. Classes & Sessions usually expire 60 days from date of purchase.

Pilates South Bay is under no obligation to give prior notice of any Instructor changes to clients.

2 students minimum must be signed up or class will be cancelled. Student will be notified via email if this occurs. Private Sessions are 50 minutes.

Private Session: after 10 minutes the instructor will leave and you will lose a session if you no-show. If Private Session cancelled within 12 hours FULL SESSION price applies.. 

Cancellation Policy - Illness, Etc.

Normal policy is $10 charge if you cancel within a 12 hour window. If you are ever sick or have an emergency within 12 hours of class time, please mark yourself as a "late cancel," let the system tell you it will charge you $10, but then email us so we can repair it. We understand that "life happens."
