12 Basic Pilates Exercises and stretches including 100s, roll ups, teaser, mermaid, side lying leg work, planking variations, spinal twist (saw), lunge, rag doll roll up, single leg circles, bridging, Series 5, swan, swimming and more!
Pilates will help your children to learn how to better use their bodies for sports and play. Previous students have reported better sports performance, confidence and better body awareness.
